There were a refrigerator, a personal safe, and central heating in my studio, loved it. And there was a DELIGHTFUL view to the lake. Location: the hotel was right by Lake Lugano, and a hillside.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location on a hillside near Lake Lugano provided breathtaking views. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Lastly, the rooms were equipped with air conditioning, which was a great relief during the hot summer days.

The only minor issue I had was with one aspect of the facilities.

The value for our money at Residence Antico Crotto was excellent, and the room was cozy and comfortable with a huge bed. The location was peaceful and green, perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The staff treated us with great hospitality and the restaurant downstairs was fantastic.

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning, nestled under the stone vault of an ancient "Crotto". The view of the beautiful hill and the tranquil atmosphere make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The basic amenities provided in the spacious and comfortable rooms ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are attentive and provide great service to their guests.

The hotel location was great, near xmas markets and ski resorts. the view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the Christmas decorations were lovely. the restaurant had good food, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel staff ignored our requests for clean sheets and towels and refused to clean our room properly. the heating system was poor and inadequate for the cold winter weather.
